Romeo is by Royal Prince (Han) and our lovely mare Felicia (Old). This is Felicia's first colt and we are quite proud of him. He is a lovely bay foal with a nice, uphill build and good conformation. On his sire side, Romeo carries the impressive line of Rohdiamant (Old), Rubinstein I (West), Inschallah (XX), Prince Thatch (XX) and Wenzel I. Combine that spectacular bloodline with the bloodline of his dam, including Festrausch (West), Florestan I (Rhld), Classiker (Holst), Calypso II (Holst), and the infamous Donnerhall (Old), and this foal is about as well bred as it gets. According to Scott Hassler, Director of Training at Hilltop Farm, and proud owner of Royal Prince, "Many people credit Royal Prince for leading the US into the history books of the young horse classes, by placing 4th in the World Championships for Young Horses and convincingly winning the Nationals. Royal Prince is a competitor, having never been beaten through his days of the young horse classes. He won USEF Selection
Trials as both a 5-and 6 year old, showing his consistency and quality.
Royal Prince captures people by his soft, supple, flowing gaits which
make every day of training fun and exciting.

Royal Prince's first foal crop produced 6 Champions at inspection sites and offspring on the NA/WPN's list of Top Ten Foals. Royal Prince passes on his spectacular freedom and suppleness of movement, with friendly foals that have a great energy and willingness to perform.

Congratulations to Leslie French of Platte City, Missouri on the purchase of Romeo!
