Born April 18, 2008. Fresca is a lovely filly with beautiful length of step and a gorgeous, feminine face.

Fresca's sire Freestyle, has a very athletic body, well applied hindquarters and a super character. At the 100 day Performance test at Prussendorf he was awarded a perfect 10 for character and a 9 for temperament. In dressage he proved to rank amongst the best of his year and received a 9.33 for ridability. His total score was 132.55 points. Showing his athleticism, Freestyle obtained a 7th place finish in jumping with an 8 for ability and the overall winner of his performance test. Freestyle is a son of the famous Rhinelander stallion Florestan I, who was champion of the Rhineland approvals in 1998, and in 1989 he was champion of his performance testing in Warendorf. Florestan I has produced famous stallions as Fidermark, Florencio, Faveur, Fleurop, Furst Heinrich. Florestan I has taken the top position in the FN breeding values for a number of years. Just as famous on his dams side, SPS Paloma was awarded, along with her 4 sisters, the “Best Family of Hessen,” for 4 years in a row.

Fresca's dam Fox came to Milestone on a two year breeding lease and we couldn't be happier with the stunning filly she produced! Fox was a competitive dressage horse throughout her young years. Her extreme trainability and stellar dispositions allowed her to progress rapidly in her dressage training. Fox has shown athleticism in both the hunter jumper ring, as well as the dressage ring. Even at a very young age, The Fox has been deemed reliable enough for small children to ride. She has an exceptional hind leg and a beautiful, expressive eye that she has passed on to Fresca. At her Hanoverian inspection, The Fox scored 8s on her head and neck and 7s on her topline. Back undersaddle now, Fox is being ridden and shown hunters by her timid owner and a 9 year old child!Fox is branded Hanoverian and approved with both the Hanoverian and the ISR/Oldenburg. Fox is by the Hanoverian stallion Freestyle who combines the bloodlines of Werther and Bolero.

Fresca was branded Oldenburg at the ISR/Oldenburg NA inspection and the judge made note of her femininity, nice development and shoulder and her lovely gaits for the hunter ring. May 2010, Fresca attended the Cornhusker Classic in Lincoln, NE and received the Reserve Champion Filly under the 'S' judge Arlene Rigdon, and qualified for the USDF Breeders Series Midstates Final. Fresca went on to finish the MidStates USDF Breeders Series 2010 by garnering the Reserve Champion 2 yr old filly title with a 76.175% and lovely remarks, such as carrying herself with 'good impulsion' and 'good freedom thru the shoulder.' Continually developing, Fresca is only beginning to show her wonderful athleticism in the show ring. In the spring of 2011, Fresca was started u/s and shows an incredible willingness to learn and a very kind heart. She is currently in full time training and will begin a show career in the spring of 2014. A very intelligent filly, Fresca is going to make a superior athletic partner. Fresca has preliminary x-rays already on file.
